April 2012: Poetry Contest Form for Students in Grades K-12

Natl Poetry Month

Students in grades K-12: submit a poem below for a chance to win a prize on April 30! A judge will select one winner in each of the following 6 categories:

  • K-1st grades

  • 2nd-3rd grades

  • 4th grade

  • 5th-6th grades

  • 7th-8th grades

  • 9th-12th grades

Compose & submit as many poems as you want by April 24.

Winners will be announced on April 30, and all poems submitted will be displayed at the library.
